Mix all the ingredients of the dough and spread it by hand in the buttered mold. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.Heat your oven to 220 ° C. Bake the dough for 10 minutes raw in precooking. Wash and wipe the oranges. Grate the zest of one. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters then into thin slices. In a bowl, mix the apples, 3 tbsp. jam, zest and sugar. Arrange everything on the dough and bake for 25 minutes. Cut the remaining 3 oranges in half and then into very thin slices. Cover the pie with it. Spread over the remaining jam and put back in the oven for 10 minutes.
