An ultra-simple recipe of exotic sorbet. Pineapple, a little sugar and a lime ... fastoche!


  • 1 pineapple (equivalent to 400g peeled pineapple flesh)
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 10 cl of water
  • 1 lime juice


Heat the water and sugar to obtain a syrup. Meanwhile, peel the pineapple and detail the flesh into small cubes. Sprinkle with lime juice and then with the syrup. Mix everything, then take the freezer (or in an ice cream maker if you have one). Enjoy!
